Hot Lunch Buffet costs £10.50 and Sunday Carvery is £11.50. Our homemade desserts are £5.25. We offer an array of snacks, light meals, breakfast, lunch and evening menus, please consult our website for an up to date list. There are always plenty of daily specials too.
Fantastic food, great service, stunning views - The Oak Room Restaurant, part of Dainton Park, has become a destination in itself.
Built from green oak timbers by local craftsmen in 2001, with a huge gable window offering magnificent views over the golf course, the restaurant provides a unique dining experience. Our superb chefs source the finest ingredients from the region to create traditional British food with a modern twist.
Our hot lunch buffet is served from 12-2pm Monday to Friday. The menu changes daily but always uses fresh local produce in a selection of wholesome, home-cooked dishes and desserts.
Sunday is all about the carvery - a choice of four hand-carved meats, all the trimmings and plenty of seasonal vegetables, followed by a hearty slice of Dainton’s famous Raspberry Meringue Roulade perhaps?
We also serve snacks and lighter bites in our bistro lounge, alongside a well-stocked bar and delicious Pure Earth coffee. Everyone is welcome at The Oak Room and Dainton Park, we offer a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere and would love to share our little corner of Devon with you. Please feel free to pop in for coffee and cake, book for lunch or talk to our Events team about a private function.
Look out for our monthly steak night too!
