From A38 Devon Expressway. Ignore all Rattery signs. Approximately 23 miles south of Exeter take the Marley Head junction. Follow the A385 to Paignton and Brown Tourist signs to Edeswell Farm which is half a mile on the right. Hatchlands is next door to Edeswell Farm.
