Totnes Festival

The Totnes Festival will be back from 4-13 September 2009, bigger, brighter and building on the successes of its first 3 years. Councillor Judy Westacott, Chair of the Festival Committee said: ‘The Totnes Festival exists to showcase the many talents, interests and passions of local people. It is very easy to take all the things that go on in our town for granted in the hubbub of our everyday lives but, through the festival, we want people to take a step back and see the richness, depth and breadth of amazing activities that local people are involved in. Even a quick glance through the programme reveals a diversity of events that is rare, if not unique for a town of Totnes’ size. I believe we should all celebrate our unique culture during the festival and you are all invited to the party!'
