Dartmouth Museum, Dartmouth

The museum is situated in a former merchant's house c1640. Charles II entertained in the main room in July 1671. The museum has fine ship models, a superb display of ships. We have good local history displays at the town's development and an excellent photographic record. Original panelling and decorative ceilings.
