Historic building built in c1788 which stands on Haldon Hill, 800ft above sea level. Views from the roof over the Exe Valley and surrounding Devon countryside. The ballroom features large Gothic windows, ornate plasterwork and original mahogany floor and marble fireplace. Spiral stone staircase with cantilevered steps features a wrought iron and mahogany balustrade and handrail.
