Leave the A38 at Drumbridges Roundabout, signed for Bovey Tracey. Follow signs to Haytor. Pass this and Saddle Tor on the right. After crossing a cattle grid and passing a left turn for Ashburton, take the next right, signed Hound Tor. After a mile is a car park. Hound Tor is the obvious Tor to the right of the road.
