Tuckers Boat Hire (& Phoenix Fishing)

The Tucker's hire fleet caters for most needs by offering a variety of boats with both inboard and outboard engines. Our boats are used by holidaymakers and fishermen alike and are available for weekly hire for use within the estuary.

Road Directions

Approaching Salcombe on the A381 Kingsbridge road, you will pass Bonfire Hill on the left and a 'Power' garage on the right. (The Park & Ride car park is at Bonfire Hill). Turn left after pedestrian crossing, down Onslow Road. Proceed down the hill and, after taking a sharp left-hand bend, take the first left into Shadycombe Road, which is just before the church. After approximately 200 yards (passing the short stay car park on the right) turn right into Gould Road. Continue past the Island Street right turn and Car Park A is approximately 300 yards on the right. Once parked, proceed back to the Yeoward & Dowie showroom at the car park end of Island Street. Directions will be given to the pontoon
