Road Directions

From Dawlish towards Teignmouth with sea on left. 1 1/2 miles to top of hill. Just past Smugglers Inn turn right, Fordens Lane T-Junction, right at Castle Inn. We are 25 yards on the left. Entrance gate down gravel drive under hedge.
