In South Devon at the heart of Cofton Country you'll find our unique complex, with heated swimming pools, surrounded by grassy slopes and pretty flowerbeds, and The Swan Pub where you can enjoy drinks, snacks or a meal, inside or out.
TOURING CARAVANS & CAMPING: Spacious marked pitches in fields or on terraces close to all facilities. Electric hook-ups available in most areas; special offers low and mid season.
HOLIDAY HOMES: 4-7 berth holiday homes; many new models introduced this year. All are fully equipped with lounge/dinette, colour TV and gas fire. The lounge and bedroom areas are fully carpeted and main bedrooms include wardrobe fitments.
SELF-CATERING COTTAGES: We have two areas of delightful cottages sleeping 4-6, which are available all year. The four properties at Cofton are converted from 100-year old farm buildings.
The three cottages at Woodside - a short drive from the Park - were originally farm dwellings for workers on the Eastdon Estate.
All electricity and gas used is free of charge
APARTMENTS: Six luxury apartments on the Eastdon Estate.
