The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds plus trundle (3x6ft) with single wardrobe and chest of draws. Heating in each Bedroom and Bathroom. 2 sofas downstairs plus armchair.

The villa is fully double glazed with car parking directly outside. The villa is fully equipped with a brand new kitchen with all utilities. There is a table and chairs for 6 plus a breakfast bar and 2 stools. The ground floor is open plan with wood flooring. There is a colour television/video combi in the lounge from which relayed video is available. Separate wc, bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

Lovely gardens outside with seating areas. Use of all facilities on site including the Cruisers Club and Swimming Pools.

All electric by £1 coin meter. Linen included in price. Saturday to Saturday bookings in School Holidays.
