24 Devondale Court is set within peaceful and extensive communal gardens, plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy your break.
Our delightful first floor family apartment has its own dedicated parking. It will sleep up to four in two bedrooms: one with a 4' 6" double bed and the other twin-bedded with a standard 3' bed and a smaller 2' 6" bed. Also, bathroom with shower, open-plan lounge, dining-room and kitchen, plus a balcony for those balmy summer evenings!
We are 5-10 minutes level walk to holiday amenities and beach. Regular bus and train services are a few minutes away and Exeter is about 20 minutes by car. There are some great eating places within easy reach. Sorry, no pets and smoking is not allowed within the apartment.
A family orientated location with two miles of golden sands and dunes boasting an internationally reknowned wildlife preserve and idyllic safe bathing among the cleanest in Europe.

From Exeter take the A379 road to dawlish. Go through Starcross and Cofton and Dawlish Warren is indicated left 1 mile further on. Turn left and follow the road into Dawlish Warren. Look out for 'Hot Bread Shop' on the left and turn right into Devondale Court immediately after, then turn right and left into our parking space.
Turn right onto Dawlish Warren Road. At T junction turn right and follow the road for 100 metres then turn left into Devondale Court just past the bakery, then right and left at the estate office to dedicated parking space.
