Lammas Park House

Tony and Carolyn formerly of The Henley Cafe and Restaurant, Henley-in-Arden would be pleased to welcome you to their new venture; Lammas Park House.

We have created two suites, The Henley and The Oxford, which have tea and coffee making facilities, television/video/dvd and are comfortable and large enough to spend the day in. We also have a smaller twin room offering tea and coffee facilities, television and en suite. All rooms are to the front of the house and overlook Dawlish and the sea. The Henley Suite is on the first floor and The Oxford Suite is on the second floor, however, the sweeping staircase has a large tread and small risers therefore it is not too strenuous. The views from the Observatory, on the third floor, are wonderful and would make a suitable venue for a pre dinner drink.

Breakfast between 7am and 8am will be served in the dining room. By prior arrangement it would be a pleasure to cook dinner for our guests, a packed lunch can also be arranged.

Road Directions

Leave M5 at jct 30 and follow signs for Dawlish. Pick up A379 from Exeter and after 10 miles, past sign for Dawlish Warren golf club, past Texaco Garage on the left, the road bears to the right at blue and yellow Dawlish 2 and 4 Repair Centre, signposted town centre. After 70 metres turn right up Strand Hill before passing South Devon Inn on your left. After 25 metres, turn first left onto Priory Road. Lammas Park House is the third house on the left. Graveled parking can be found opposite.
