Manor Farm

A warm and friendly welcome awaits you on arrival at Manor Farm to put you at ease after a sometimes long and tiring journey. After welcoming guests to our farm for the last 20 years it gives us great pleasure to see so many faces returning year after year.

We have three letting rooms, all have sea and field views, coffee and tea making facilities and the family room has en suite.

To start your day you can tuck into a delicious farmhouse breakfast of fruit juice, yoghurt, fruit and cereal followed by freshly cooked free range eggs from our own hens, westcountry dry cured bacon, sausage, tomato, mushrooms and fried potatoes, and to finish with toast and home made preserves and honey. Special dietary needs are always catered for with prior notice.

Our guests are welcome to come as and when they wish, and have the use of a large TV lounge with a wood burner in the colder nights. They have the use of a 2/3-size snooker table in the dining room. In the garden can be seen a huge variety of wild birds, and it is a pleasure to sit in the garden on a summers evening just to listen to them.

We are still a working farm, although the Dairy herd has sadly had to go. We now have a beef suckler herd where the cows rear their own calves in the fields. Children often like to pick up the eggs from our free-range hens. We also have ponies and horses, which are cared for by their owners.

Feel free to walk over the farm and see the animals and wildlife or walk to the local beach in just 10 to 15 minutes. The local inn is just at the end of the farm lane and comes highly recommended for its hospitality and good food.

From M5 Exeter
Follow signs to Dawlish on A379; go through Dawlish towards Teignmouth; 1.5 miles out of Dawlish, turn right to Holcombe village; follow 'Manor Farm' signs.
