Patacake cottage is a charming 2 b/r property- formally an old bakery. It is situated in the old part of Teignmouth town. Many original features have been retained including the old bread oven which is now the kitchen and stone fireplaces and cornices.

The property is double glazed and comprises of fully fitted kitchen/diner, a small lounge with TV/DVD and stereo player etc. Heating is via storage heaters and log effect electric fires. Upstairs is a large double b/r with pine furniture and a second b/r with bunk beds. There is a good sized bathroom with shower over bath.

It is ideally located for holiday makers being within the town centre and close to beach, shops and restaurants etc. All amenities are within easy walking distance (railway station, car parks, theatre, childrens’ parks etc )
