Peppermint Park

Peppermint Park is set in 26 acres of beautiful parkland and is just 680 metres from one of Devon’s best sandy, blue flag beaches. A holiday at Peppermint offers a first-class accommodation in luxury timber lodges, or level touring and camping pitches in tranquil surroundings.

The park has spectacular far reaching views of both the sea and surrounding hills. The pretty flowers, mature trees and grassy slopes are all beautifully cared for and mean that, whatever the season, a holiday at Peppermint Park is always relaxing. Our continued efforts to promote flora and fauna throughout the park have earned us the David Bellamy Gold award for conservation.

Our superb Retreat timber lodges, new in 2005, offer guests spacious accommodation and home from home features, such as widescreen “Freeview” televisions and DVD players, dishwashers and washing machines. Each lodge is fully equipped and can sleep up to six people in three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room.

All touring and camping pitches are spacious and clearly marked with the shower and toilet blocks kept to a very high standard of cleanliness.

Alternatively, you can invest in your own family’s leisure time and own your very own luxury home, or Retreat Lodge at Peppermint Park. Take holidays as and when you please, in the comfort of your own home from home. All holidays homes at Peppermint Park are beautifully furnished, centrally heated, double glazed and equipped with top of the range fixtures, fittings and kitchen appliances.

On the park you will find plenty to keep everyone busy . the large outdoors swimming pool, complete with giant water chute, is open from the end of May until early September. Peppermint Water is our own, well stocked coarse fishing pond that is open year round and provides peace and tranquillity in a beautiful environment.

As night time comes, then the Peppermint Club provides the entertainment, a full bar and a wide selection of freshly cooked dishes for all tastes. Children can enjoy nightly entertainment at Camelot’s Children Club whilst adults can try their luck at bingo, darts and pool.

Dawlish Warren’s famous stretch of sandy beach, natural sands dunes, 18 hole links golf course and National Nature Reserve all combine to provide the perfect backdrop to family holidays that will leave you wanting to come back year after year!
