Charming grade II listed house and adjoining barn conversion set in beautiful gardens.

Breakfast is from locally sourced - organic where possible - ingredients, with home made marmalade and preserves, served in our elegant conservatory. We have one self-contained en-suite double bedroom, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin bedded room with private bathroom. The one-bedroom cottage in the barn conversion is also available on a B & B basis.

Ideally situated for exploring the South Devon coastline; Dartmoor; numerous National Trust properties; Totnes, Dartmouth and Exeter are all within easy reach, and our woodland garden leads directly into Kerswell Downs – an area of ancient woodlands carpeted with bluebells in spring.

Road Directions

From M5, follow signs for Torquay. After crossing Penn Inn roundabout on the outskirts of Newton Abbot, take the 1st right at The Barn Owl Inn. Follow this road until you reach sign for Kingskerswell, and a sign to indicate width restriction. Immediately turn up to the right (Foredown Lane), signposted Stoneycombe and follow road until it bends sharply to the right. Rock House is in front of you, on the bend. Go past the house (now on your left) and turn into the parking area.
