Road Directions

From M5 jct 31 take A38 for Plymouth. Exit on A384 to Totnes, then right on A381 for Dartmouth. At Halwell turn left & enter Dartmouth, at top of the hill proceed through 1st & 2nd roundabout, signposted town centre, the road descends into the town, the 1-way system takes you left; stay in left-hand lane; just past the traffic lights bear right, proceed along embankment, fork right & take left-hand turn into Clarence Street. Go left at fork and stop by the wall. The Old Bakehouse is opposite.

From Totnes - 13 miles
