Lower Cobberton B&B With Yurt

Built in the Seventeen Hundreds, The Farmhouse has charm, warmth and character. A restful and peaceful stay is assured when staying with us. With personal touches and a 'home away from home' feel the lovely farmhouse caters for all special diet requirements and serves up a tasty breakfast. Wander through the tranquil garden alongside a trickling stream and take time to find the perfect spot to sit and relax.
Dogs are welcome and the accommodation has wheelchair access.

Our newly developed barn is now available for basic self catering. The barn includes a log burner, fridge, heater, toaster, small cooker and ironing board and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. The barn can also be used for camping.

We also have Yurts available in our secluded field. These are available throughout the year and offer an excellent romantic getaway, honeymoon, short break or family fun. Ideal for a family of 4, or one couple. Comfortably furnished, with a log burner for use out of season, the yurts are available from just £55 per night.

The barn and the yurt can be used together if extra sleeping space is required. Hot showers and toilet facilities are in the farmhouse. You can also enjoy a wonderful farmhouse cooked breakfasts as well as morning coffee and real Devon Cream Teas at an additional charge. There is also a basic camping area, where tents can be set up beside the stream in a secluded, peaceful field. Washing facilities are also available. There is also a BBQ area.

Come along and experience a Tea Room with a Difference. Enjoy a cream tea by the trickling stream in the Summer or inside the cost barn in the Winter - perfect all year round.

Small weddings and other special occassions can also be held at Lower Cobberton. We are able to hold conferences, parties, birthdays, workshops, functions and much more, with space for a marquee beside the stream. Pampering weekends start at just £130 for 2 people to include bed and breakfast. Neck, shoulder, face and head massages, reflexology and clairvoyance are all available on request.

Winter breaks are offered at a discount booking for 2 nights or more. Please call for more details.

Hollistic Weekends; to include clairvoyant, healings and some hollistic therapies. Please call to book. Lunches, teas and coffees can be provided and B&B rooms are available.

Long stays available at reduced rate of £29 per night if staying for two weeks or more. Ideal for business stays, relocation. There is excellent access from the A38, and Lower Cobberton is located between Plymouth and Exeter.
