Welcome . . . to the only hotel at "the heart of Newton Abbot", a Devonian market town.

This elegant Victorian building is a vibrant hotel with contemporary facilities for everyone.

The hotel is adjacent to beautiful Courtenay Park, opposite Newton Abbot railway station.

A Cafe Bar occupies most of the ground floor, offering informal dining; meeting point and simple wholesome food plus a range of local ales.

There is free use of wifi throughout for our customers.

There are 26 contemporary bedrooms of varying sizes over two floors. Most rooms have similar facilities: flat screen freeview television; comfortable beds with duvets; free wifi; power showers; ceiling fans; refreshment tray; radio alarm clock.

There isn't a lift but we our pleased to help with luggage as part of our friendly service.

There is plenty of roadside parking alongside the hotel, free between 5pm and 10 am.
The hotel's car park is small, spaces must be pre booked and paid for.
24 hour car parking is available at the station opposite, there is a daily charge.

Christmas and New Year are quiet with restricted service, ideal for visiting friends and family.
