However if you are in the mood to explore, we are only minutes away from Dawlish Warren’s Blue Flag beach, and there are plenty of visitor attractions and glorious countryside all within a few miles.

Map & Directions
You’ll find it’s easy to get to us. Leave the M5 motorway at Junction 30. Take the A379 signposted Dawlish and carry on for about 6 miles. Once you pass the small harbour at
Cockwood, continue along the A379 for about 2 miles, cross over the Sainsburys roundabout and Ladys Mile is the second left.
Public Transport Directions
For the bus, you will need to take the number 2 to Newton Abbot from Exeter coach station. It passes through Exeter and Starcross, and once over the Sainsburys roundabout you will need to get off at the next bus stop, which is right outside our site. For the train it is best to get off at Dawlish station, where you will find taxis parked right outside to complete your journey.
