This route crosses the spectacular Meldon Viaduct and has wonderful views of Dartmoor, and undulates and meanders through the West Devon villages of Bridestowe and Lewdown. The routes uses quiet lanes, roads and the Granite Way cycleway. The route is on OS Map LAndranger 190, 191 and 201. As an alternative, you could hop on the Dartmoor Railway with your bike for the trip from Meldon to Okehampton Stations.</desc>

Keep following the track until you reach Lake, where it descends to cross the A386 at the Bearslake Inn.</desc>
