The Cottage is on the end of a row facing out to sea on the tip of the most southerly point in South Devon and enjoys stunning sea views in two directions. In front of the house is a small garden with a patio overlooking the Coastal Path.

It is an area of outstanding Natural Beauty and Special Scientific Interest, and ideal for walking, bird watching, fishing, diving and rock pooling or just chilling out and relaxing away from it all.

Is directly outside the door to the rear of the cottage. If additional parking is required, there is an overflow carpark behind.

The house consists of an open plan ground floor containing kitchen, seating and dining areas, together with access to shower, lavatory and toilet. The first floor has a bathroom/lavatory and one large bedroom with twin beds. The second floor has another large bedroom, also with twin beds, and a smaller box-room with a bed.

The kitchen has a fridge, (no freezer) electric cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and dish washer, and all utensils are provided. There is also a colour television, video recorder and DVD player. You will need to bring:- DUVET COVERS, SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, TEA TOWELS and TOWELS. There is a payphone in the kitchen/diner area, as mobile phones do not work below the village of East Prawle.javascript:__doPostBack('ctl00$Main$btnSave','')

Drive straight through the village of East Prawle, with the village green on your left, and follow the narrow lane down the hill for about 1 mile. At bottom of the hill is a five bar Gate going into a field with the sea behind it. If you head for the gate a drive will appear on your right, leading up to a row of cottages. The old watch house is the 1st cottage you come to.
