The Mole Resort, formerly the Highbullen Hotel, offers the newest event location in North Devon. With 5 rooms catering from 400 to 2, we offer a large amount of flexibilty and have the experienced team and facilities to make your event one to remember. Whether you are getting married or looking for the perfect venue to carry out training, or hold your annual national conference; the design, staff and building can accommodate your every need.
The Mole Resort also offers 36 exceptionally decorated bedrooms - all part of the £2m+ refurbishment programme, an excellent 18 hole golf course, leisure facilities including pool, gym, studio, golf simulator, 3 restaurants, 2 bars, 1/2 mile of fishing on the Mole and 7 brand new tennis courts.
The Mole Resort can also accommodate many team building and ice-breaking events. We also have very close ties with many of the local events suppliers in order to be able to arrange clay pidgeon shooting, quad-biking, etc

From the M5, leave at junction 27 and take the A361 towards Barnstaple. turn left onto the B3227 towards South Molton. Progress through South Molton and bear left onto the B3226. Follow this road along the Mole Valley for about 5 miles until you see the brown sign for The Mole Resort, follow signage.

The nearest mainline station is Tiverton and is served well from London. Tarka Line trains provide a service between Exeter and Barnstaple. The nearest station on the Tarka Line is Kings Nympton. Taxis would need to be pre-ordered.
