Haldon Riding Stables

Hacking through Haldon Forest 1, 1 1/2, and 2 hour hacks. Lessons all day Saturday, Tuesday afternoon and evening 1/2 hour lessons. There is a Pony Club on Saturdays for children, but remember to bring a packed lunch! Cater for both novice and experienced riders. Small, friendly yard with outdoor sand school. Hacking is £12 per hour. Lessons are £10 for half an hour, and £15 for private half hour. However, prices will be going up in April 2008. Booking is Essential

Road Directions

5 minutes off the A38 (Plymouth Road). Come off at Haldon Racecourse. Enter Haldon Forest towards Dunchideock. Take the first turning on the right (Clapham). Half way downhill at crossroads (Underdown Cross) turn left. 1 mile to stables on left (Big sign outside).
