Lyme Bay House Hotel in Dawlish is in a stunning location overlooking Lyme Bay with a view across the Exe Estuary to Exmouth, Sidmouth, Beer and the wider Lyme Bay.

The hotel is centrally situated, close to the centre of the historic South Devon town of Dawlish. We are only a few minutes walk from beaches, the famous Black Swans and Ducks, the inter-city railway line built by Brunel and the lovely town of Dawlish with its river and The Lawn.

Lyme Bay House Hotel offers cosy and relaxing accommodation with superb breakfasts. The hotel is also fully licensed and the bar has recently been refurbished offering a good selection of wines, spirits, beers, lagers, ciders and soft drinks.

Your hosts, Nikki and Ian offer you a warm welcome and a happy relaxing stay. Nikki says, "We want to develop a bright, vibrant, fresh holiday feel to the hotel. After all, our customers come here to relax and enjoy themselves".

By the way, we are only 30 minutes from Exeter airport.
We have 9 rooms all of which have an en-suite bathroom. Well - behaved children are very welcome. Hope to see you soon!
