25 Court Park

25 Court Park,  a fabulously comfortable and spacious detached holiday home, is situated in Thurlestone, a short walk from the village centre, superb gastro-pub and glorious sandy beaches.

Furnished to a high standard with style and a sprinkling of luxury, with the added benefit of the glorious semi circular balcony terrace opening out from the living area, with clear sea views to Thurlestone bay. 

Please note: The bunk bedroom is for use by children only, and this property will accept a maximum of 6 adults in any party. ​​​​

Included: Bed linen and towels (guests must provide their own beach/dog towels), oil central heating, initial basket of logs in winter. 

Internet and Telephone: Wi-Fi. There is no landline telephone available and mobile reception is dependent upon your provider. Please check with your provider prior to booking. 

Pets: 1 dog welcome. Pet charge £30 per week.

Electric Vehicles: Electric vehicle charging possible via mains. £30 charge per car per week.  (NB a long cable will be required to enable this)
