Internet and Telephone: Full Fibre broadband available. There is no landline telephone but mobile signal is good. 

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.  

Electric Vehicles: Charging possible via Pod Point and payment via CoCharger app.

Local Facilities: Beaches at Stoke beach and Cellar beach three-quarters of a mile. South West Coastal Path passes the front door, from which many secluded sandy coves are accessible on foot. Mothercombe beach 3 miles. Excellent Pubs within easy walking distance, including The Swan, a characterful country village pub with log fires and traditional pub fayre, plus the famous local gastropub The Ship within a few minutes' walk. Shops in Newton Ferrers.  Plymouth, 8 miles.
