The outside door leads into the large hall with a coat hanger and a shoe rack. Coming off the hall on the right-hand side, there is a twin bedroom with a wardrobe, a bedside unit and a mirror. A luxury shower room with a toilet is located opposite the downstairs bedroom.  A small wooden sauna room is located next to the shower room. The hall leads further to the lounge/kitchen/dining room fitted with luxury furniture and high-quality flooring. Party glass doors lead to a decking equipped with a patio table, six chairs, and a fabulous hot tub, which is the ultimate relaxation spot to be enjoyed by our guests. It is conveniently located in the corner of the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

The modern and beautifully furnished lounge area is warm and cosy, with a leather corner sofa, an armchair, a Smart TV, and wireless broadband.

The kitchen is tastefully furnished and fully equipped to a high standard with an integrated dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, large oven, stainless steel cooker extractor, four-burner gas hob, and a fridge freezer. The dining area offers a solid round table and six leather chairs.

Upstairs you will find a luxurious master bedroom featuring a double wooden bed,  a wardrobe, and two stylish bedside units. A classy Juliet balcony coming of the bedroom provides the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee.

The second upstairs bedroom features two superbly comfortable single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside unit. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, allowing our guests to have the most relaxing sleep during their time away.

The main upstairs bathroom boasts a large bath, a wash basin, a toilet, and a chrome towel rail. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.

Set in 130 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside and within a driving distance from the seaside, Primrose Lodge is the perfect self-catering holiday rental.  It is ideal for a romantic short break or a fun-filled family holiday.

The resort, owned and managed by Haulfryn Group Limited offers a fabulous leisure complex with a heated indoor waterpark/pool, excellent fitness centre, well-equipped gym, sauna, and steam room. Furthermore, onsite group activities for all ages and abilities are available onsite. Why not try something new or adventurous? Or maybe have a game of tennis or golf at the local golf course? Our guests are also welcome to visit the luxury on-site Sirona Spa. It is the perfect place to relax, rewind and reset.

Children will love the outdoor pool with a water slide and a splash area for toddlers during the summer months. Similarly, the onsite adventure park, nature trails, tennis courts, coarse fishing lakes and horse riding provide sporting opportunities for everyone.

The onsite Retreat Bar and Restaurant serves lunch and à la carte evening meals. Similarly, the Hub offers breakfast, light bites and an extensive takeaway menu for the guests to enjoy freshly cooked food in the comfort of their own accommodation.
