Welcome to TipTree Haven Lodge, a modern and bright retreat in South Devon. Step through the outside porch into the beautifully decorated lounge/kitchen/dining area with vinyl flooring throughout. Relax on the extensive decking, recently replaced, with a patio table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.
Indulge in the recently refurbished hot tub, conveniently located on the lodge decking and shielded by a privacy screen. The cosy lounge area features an electric fireplace, sofas, and a Sony 43-inch Smart TV. Stay connected with free wireless broadband. The well-equipped kitchen includes an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and more.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe, and a wall-mounted Freeview TV. Enjoy the convenience of an en-suite bathroom with a WC, shower enclosure, and sink unit. The second bedroom features two single beds, wardrobe space, and an overhead storage area, with a wall-mounted Freeview TV.
