HUMAN SUBJECTS REQUIRED FOR MEDICAL ENDURANCE TRIAL
THE EXPERIMENT

The E2S Corporation are advertising for fitness testing subjects for medical endurance trials along side our phase one control group,

to collect further data and record any side effects that their new stamina enhancing drug ZTC may produce.


The E2S Corporation supports the practice of protection of human participants in research.

The following will provide you with information about the experiment that will help you in deciding whether or not you wish to participate. If you agree to participate, please be aware that you will not be able to withdraw at any point throughout the duration of the experiment.

The testing procedures will involve data captured from trials such as Stamina, Agility, Photographic Records and Eye to Hand Coordination.

PLEASE BE PREPARED TO RUN IF NECESSARY!
Your participation is solicited, yet strictly voluntary. All information will be kept confidential and your name will not be associated with any research findings.

Your participation in the experiment will require approximately 60 minutes. Full use of the patient holding area with refreshments and additional activities will be available to you before and after the experiment. When this study is complete you will be provided with the results of the experiment if you request them, and you will be free to ask any questions.
