Finally, the doors are open, and the team from Sharpham are so excited to welcome you to their new home for a wine tasting, a tour, or just to visit our wine shop to stock up on your favourites and see their new site!

Tours and tastings run daily and booking in advance is recommended. You can select a tutored Guided Tasting where one of their expert guides will talk you through the wine-making process from start to finish or opt for the more casual Self-Guided Tasting where you can select your own wines and enjoy at your own leisure.

You’ll enter the Gallery Tasting Room where you can enjoy the popular self-guided wine tasting flights. Select your own wines and enjoy with friends at your leisure and you can also pair your wines with a cheese tasting including cheeses from Sharpham Dairy or try something from the new bar snack menu. A perfect rainy-day destination where you can taste wine in this stunning converted barn whatever the weather!

The Lower Tasting Terrace is where you want to be when the South Devon sun is shining! It is a beautiful south-facing sun terrace next to the stream (which springs on the site) and with views of some small vine plantings. You can enjoy your wine tasting flight in the sun or order your favourite wine by the glass or bottle and accompany with small plates from the bar snack menu put together by Circa. Why not make a day of it and start with a tasting before moving up to the restaurant Circa for lunch?

Circa are running a full restaurant service from Thursday to Monday for the first month of being open (June 2022). Their menu changes daily and showcases the best of Devon. You can even pop in for coffee and cake from 10am before full lunch service begins from midday. Booking is strongly recommended as demand is high. Head to our restaurant page https://sandridgebarton.com/restaurant/  to view a sample menu and reserve your table.

You can still find all your favourite Sharpham wines here to purchase in the wine shop, as well as cheeses from Sharpham Dairy and many other local Devon goods. They have just released the Estate Selection 2021, one of their most popular wines made with the Madeleine Angevine grape, grown in their Dart Valley vineyard, which is light, dry and fresh, packed with elderflower, lemon and gooseberry characters and perfect for South Devon seafood and sunny afternoons in the garden.

The Vine Room is a beautifully light space overlooking the small Lower Well Farm vine plantings, perfect for wine tastings and meetings.

Please remember that the location is no longer on the Sharpham estate and has moved to Lower Well Farm, TQ9 6RL. Be sure to use the visitor entrance where you'll find visitor parking in the parking barn which is signposted as you make your way down the drive.

As usual the site is dog friendly and open every day from 10am until 5pm.
