The Oaks is situated on the outskirts of the popular villages of both Chillington and Stokenham with great local pub, and amenities. From this beautiful barn conversion guests can meander along the scenic country lanes and across fields to the seaside village of Torcross situated on the 3 mile stretch of beach along historic Slapton line. The property itself is a sympathetically converted barn with a sunny terrace and garden area to make the most of the peaceful surroundings. In addition there is a large communal garden with a play area and picnic benches, along with a games room for rainy days. The property is arranged over three floors with the master suite on the top floor offering peace and privacy, the middle floor has a lovely open plan living and kitchen space with a balcony overlooking the courtyard of barns and across to the communal grounds for guests to enjoy their time together, a further double room, bunk room and family bathroom, sit on the ground floor. The Oaks is a welcome retreat to relax and enjoy the South Hams in this picturesque location.

The Oaks at Coleridge Barns is situated a mile from two popular villages, Chillington, boasts a play park and a village shop and post office, a bakery, Brooking Woods offers scenic walks and bridges the gap between the neighbouring village of Stokenham, which has two good pubs, and a farm shop with an excellent café and unique home shop. A mile on takes you to the seaside village of Torcross situated at one end of the expanse of beach known as Slapton line. The towns of Kingsbridge and Dartmouth are nearby and have lots to offer. Coleridge Barns are nestled in beautiful countryside with far reaching views across the glorious South Hams and make a great base for exploring this fabulous area.
