After a day enjoying the delights that Sidmouth has to offer, dinner is served in our oak panelled restaurant where we pride ourselves on a reputation for excellent silver-service and a menu that combines the best of modern and classic cuisine. Our head chef, Saul Vicary serves meals prepared from fresh locally sourced produce. The Royal York & Faulkner breakfast is also a favourite with guests.
