Our Restaurant ISCA is a celebration of the best of local flavours and heritage, offering a unique dining experience rooted in the richness of our community. The name "ISCA" pays homage to Exeter's Roman history, derived from the Celtic word for 'water' or 'river.'
Our open theatre kitchen allows you to witness the culinary skills of our chefs, who craft each dish with care using fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from trusted local farmers and producers.
From English wines and local beers to our signature breakfast featuring locally farmed sausage, bacon, and freshly baked scones, every bite and sip highlights the essence of the region.
Enjoy your meal in our stylish indoor space or step out onto the terrace to dine in the fresh air. ISCA is more than a bar and restaurant—it's a true taste of Exeter's heritage and culinary excellence.
