Berry Head Nature Reserve is an important wildlife and historical site in Brixham, South Devon.
The area is an internationally acclaimed heritage site and National Nature Reserve, home to a variety of coastal wildlife, history, geological formations and restored Napoleonic War fortifications.
The South West Coast Path runs through the area heading south from Berry Head leading towards the Dart Estuary through National Trust coastland.
Berry Head Country Park has 400 million years of limestone at its heart and some of the English Riviera's best coastal views, and is home to many species of rare and threatened species of wildlife, including horseshoe bats, and one of the largest colonies of guillemots on the southern coast.
There is a cafe in the Country Park that offers stunning views out over the bay as well as lighthouse and a Visitor Centre where various events take place along with visitor information about the history of the area.
