Cofton Country Holidays is ideally placed to provide perfect conferencing and event facilities. Conveniently located on the main Dawlish to Exeter road and with spacious, flexible and modern rooms as well as professional staff and delicious food, Cofton makes perfect sense. With two dedicated areas to host a range of private parties, conferences and celebrations, we have the space and facilities to be flexible and cater for your requirements.

We can host a range of meetings, networking and hospitality events, ‘mini-meets’ and private events, and also have a great choice of accommodation options within the park if required.

The Warren Retreat is a flexible space and can be adapted for a number of events with the capacity to hold up to 200 people. With a private bar, Carvery offering, dance floor and stage, as well as floor to ceiling windows that provide great natural light or if privacy is required curtains can be drawn, and with a built in PA system and LCD projector, it is the perfect location for holding a conference or event.

For that quick meeting or working lunch, Amelia’s Café is a great informal meeting space for smaller groups. Private hire is not available for Amelia’s, however we can book tables for up to 30 people (subject to availability). We have a lovely menu with local and home cooked food, fresh tea and coffee on tap or pre-order from our working lunch or high tea menu.
