Dainton Park is a family-run business, renowned for friendly service, great food and stunning views. We have a variety of rooms, all with views of the course, providing the perfect venue for your business meeting, wedding or private function.

Whatever the occasion, The Oak Room Restaurant, Orangery and Woodshed at Dainton Park are available for hire.

The Woodshed contains one light, airy rooms with excellent facilities – a creative environment to help make your meeting or conference successful. The exposed oak beams and hand fashioned ironmongery of The Oak Room create a unique setting to host any event, including weddings, gala dinners, birthdays and Christmas parties. 

Add a teambuilding element to your day by starting with six holes of golf plus breakfast or a session with our lovely golf professional. Or round off your evening with a variety of entertainment, from live music to cabaret or our resident DJ.

Our chefs have prepared a selection of menus to suit a range of occasions, but we are also happy to tailor a package to suit your needs.

With easy access from all areas of Torbay and the South West, and ample parking, Dainton Park is convenient for any event. There’ s even space for a helicopter on the 18th fairway, if you really want to arrive in style!

Road Directions

Driving from Exeter – Take the A380 to the Torquay Rd roundabout, taking the third exit to join the A381. Follow the A381 through Newton Abbot and then down Totnes road.

Driving from Paignton – Take Torbay Road to Great Western road (A3022), continuing until you hit Marldon Rd. Following Marldon road, through Preston Down road, take the third exit for Vicarage Hill at the first roundabout. Continue straight until you reach Totnes road.

Driving from Plymouth – Join the A38 from the A374, and continue until you reach the roundabout for the A385. Follow the A385 to Totnes, then taking the first exit to the A381
