The newly converted Dutch Barn offers an exceptional meeting space set in a working Art Gallery environment.

The innovative conversion of a traditional Steel Dutch Barn has preserved an example of 1930’s agricultural farm heritage. Between exhibitions/events, the space can be hired out to groups for meetings or functions

Dutch barn SMALL GALLERY 1: 34 sq metres, £20 per hr, £38 for 2 hrs, £55 rate per 1/2 day, £90 rate per full day
Dutch Barn Large Gallery 2: 60 sq meters, £40 per hr, £75 for 2 hrs, £90 rate per 1/2 day, £150 rate per full day
Combined rooms: 94 sq meters, £55 per hr, £105 for 2 hrs, £120 rate per 1/2 day, £200 rate per full day
Dutch Barn Private Functions: 94 sq meters, lunch or dinner: £750, drinks reception: £650

Hot and cold beverages along with cold food can be provided.

When art exhibition layouts/programmes allow, delegates will also be able to enjoy the current exhibition. It also offers access to the garden in front of the barn and walks through the 150 acres of parkland and ancient woodland as well as Dumpdon Hill an Iron Age Hill Fort and a 10 acre nature reserve owned by the Devon Wildlife Trust.

Delegates will enjoy two excellent choices of breakout:

•A garden immediately in front of the Dutch barn with stunning views of the Blackdown Hills and private areas with tables and chairs
•A walk through 150 acres of parkland and ancient Woodland culminating in a panoramic view of East Devon and the Blackdown Hills from Dumpdon an Iron Age Hill Fort
•Access to 10 acres of a Wildlife nature reserve run by the Devon Wildlife Trust

We are situated 1½ miles north east of Honiton and the A30 trunk road. Take Dunkerswell road out of Honiton, cross small bridge (Langford Bridge) over the River Otter. 150 yards turn right. Woodhayes Farm is the first drive on left. Please continue to the front of the house and park your car in the gravel driveway in Front of the House. For sattelite Navigation Please use the following postcode EX14 4TP, please be aware that this post code will take you just short of your destination, to lower Shaugh Farm which is the next farm after Woodhayes.



Public Transport Directions

By train please use the London Waterloo to Exeter Line, we are aproximately 3 hours from London Waterloo. There are buses that serve Honiton from most major towns or cities from Devon, Dorset and Somerset.
