Drive to Brixham, follow signs to Breakwater Car Park and then walk along the promenade back towards Brixham Harbour. You will pass the Town Pontoon and see Pilgrim on the right.
Get the train to Paignton Station and then take the No. 12 bus to Brixham Terminus. Walk down to the harbour and follow signs to Breakwater. you'll see the Town Pontoon on your way.
