Redrow Homes is hosting a food fair at its new development The Copse in Dawlish to showcase some of the brilliant local produce the county has to offer.
The one-day event will feature a range of superb Devonian produce from Titley Green's cream teas served from a vintage van to a home-grown chutney maker to a pop-up bar offering beer from a local farm-based brewery.
Children's activities include face-painting and colouring.
Redrow will also give out walks leaflets on the day showcasing three local picturesque walks with The Copse development being the starting and finishing point.
The event is being held as part of Redrow's ongoing commitment to creating thriving communities.
Visitors on the day can view the show homes on site at their leisure and the Redrow sales team will be on hand to answer any questions about the development and the local area and all it has to offer.
There is limited parking at the development, but visitors driving can leave their cars at the Country Park free car park, only a short walk away from the event.
Commenting on the event, head of sales, Annie Williams, said: "We're really excited to be hosting this event. It is such a great way to bring the community together.
"It's also a great way for potential buyers to get a real taste of the area surrounding the area. It'll be a fantastic day, everyone is welcome."
With a combination of three and four-bedroom detached family homes, the development is situated in an idyllic setting with easy access to Exeter and the unrivalled Devon coastline.
The Copse boasts the stunning designs of Redrow's Heritage Collection which takes inspiration from the soft colour palettes and traditional structures of the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s.
