One Accord Singers Summer Concert 2025

One Accord singers are pleased to present their 2025 summer concert in Stage Left, Palace Avenue Theatre, Paignton on the evening of Saturday 19 July. Never more than 16 in number, this harmonious group, in which every voice counts, has been performing locally for 15 years, presenting their own shows as well as appearing in events as varied as Poppy Appeal concerts, singing with The Military Wives Choir, guesting in many charity shows with other choirs and even some Christmas busking.

This year One Accord is excited to be bringing a new concert programme to the Palace Theatre. Rehearsals promise a very special event with a fantastic range of songs. Many of the arrangements are the original work of music teacher and director Belinda Byers. As always, this concert will feature fabulous ensemble harmony work interspersed with solos and duets, providing an eclectic mix that is sure to have something for everyone; from ABBA to Queen with lots in between. Musical styles in the programme swing from jazz to pop, from madrigals to musicals.

Belinda Byers will be conducting and Kris Emmett accompanying on piano.

Prices are £12 (£10 concessions, family ticket £40) held from last year to encourage people to come along to an excellent concert by local performers who will stun any audience looking for a good evening out.
