Curators Terah Walkup and Rhys Morgan are joined by artists Emily Pope and Flo Brooks to discuss the impact Beryl Cook has had on their practice, and the importance of visibility for LGTBQIA+ communities within art. Brooks and Pope are exhibiting in KARST gallery's 'Discord and Harmony', a companion exhibition to 'Beryl Cook: Pride and Joy', and which brings together a group of contemporary British artists who all share Cook's radically generous approach to representing everyday life.
