To reach House of Marbles from the A38 at Drumbridges roundabout, whether you're coming from Exeter or Plymouth, take the exit for the A382 towards Bovey Tracey. Follow the signs to Bovey Tracey, and House of Marbles will be on your left as you approach the town.
The drive from the roundabout should take around 5 minutes. Be sure to look out for the brown tourist signs with our name on them.
FREE parking is available at House of Marbles. If you cannot find a space in front of the building, you will find additional parking to the rear.
Please note that the A382 is currently closed at the Whitehills Junction for approximately 11 months due to major roadworks.
When visiting the House of Marbles, there is a useful one-way shortcut via Ringslade Road. To use this route, turn right at Coombeshead Academy (Coombeshead Road) and travel through Highweek. This alternative adds only a few extra minutes to your journey when travelling within Newton Abbot.
For your return journey, we recommend either: via Liverton – a slightly longer route but generally with freer-flowing traffic, or via Clay Pits Way – another council-recommended alternative.
There is ample road signage in place and clearly marked diversion routes to help ensure smooth journey times.
You can find further information via the Devon County Council website.
