Salcombe may be best known for its golden beaches and sailing waters, but it’s also home to a lively events calendar that offers something for all ages and interests. From traditional regattas to food festivals and family activities, the town hosts a wide range of events throughout the year.
The most anticipated event is the Salcombe Town Regatta, which takes place each August. This much-loved week of celebrations includes sailing races, a renowned harbour swim, fun competitions, and a firework finale over the estuary. It’s a true community event that welcomes visitors to get involved.
