From wild rivers and estuaries to vast open sea locations that are perfect for testing your swimming ability. Popular swimming locations include Burgh Island, the River Erme and the smattering of estauries that can be found across the region.
For organised wild swimming events take a look at The Outdoor Swimming Society website and you'll find details on The River Dart 10K Swim for starters!
Wild Swimming is recommended for those who are confident in their ability, wild swim regularly and understand the dangers involved.
