Join us at 6.30 pm to enjoy a flûte of MC Champagne and canapés in our beautiful lounge or terrace. You'll then be seated to savour a true gastronomic experience, a six-course tasting menu accompanied by a matched wine, carefully chosen to complement and enhance each dish.
The evening promises to be very personal, with Michael himself introducing each course and revealing the stories behind the recipes and creation of the dishes. Steve Edwards; our wine expert will be introducing the flight of matched wines that he has specially selected from Lympstone Manor's fabulous 600-bin cellar.
