On Friday, December 6 and Thursday, December 19 spirits will be high as friends of the racecourse break free from their desks and head to the top of the hill for an afternoon of fun.

Feeling shy? The racecard is the perfect ice-breaker as you ponder the participants and strike up conversations about the horses you fancy and an exhilarating afternoon is guaranteed when you're sure to bond with your colleagues while you discover the magic of an industry with horses at its heart.

Pre-booked tickets for groups of ten or more are just £10 each and for the finest view on the course book a three-course meal in the Desert Orchid Restaurant for just £95 per person.

A free bus is available from Exeter St Davids and Exeter Bus and Station, too, which will bring you to and from the races so there's no need to designate a driver.
