Edge of the Teign artist collective are delighted to be able to open the doors of their studio (Venue 134) this September as part of the Devon Open Studios festival.
Angela Bennet- potter, Charlotte Bouchard- jeweller, James Deane-blacksmith, Annie Drew- wildlife artist and ceramicist, Tina Hill-Art will be setting up their workspaces at Hearn Field to give visitors the unique chance to watch them working, demonstrating their skills and sharing information about their inspiration and techniques.
The Open Studios event is always a perfect opportunity to purchase original works of art and unique craft direct from the makers, supporting individual and local business. So, whether you are an artist looking for inspiration, a local looking for a unique gift or a holidaymaker looking for something to take home to remind you of your break in Devon, come and have a chat and browse – everyone is welcome.
Visitors to the Hearn Field artists, will also discover stunning views of the River Teign, a dog friendly field for any canine company, free parking and the popular 'Wood Shed' Coffee Bar.
Want to get creative yourself? Tina will be running a 'have a go' session of traditional hand-building pottery techniques (pre booking required) For more information and booking, please visit 'Shaldon Pottery Studio' on eventbrite (its the 'Have A Go' session)

Find us by following the distinctive Yellow Circle direction signs – we very much look forward to seeing you!
