So we're bringing together local Wellbeing Practitioners, Teachers, Therapists & Trainers - into one place - to inspire you to add more Self-Care into your day.
Our soul aim is to help make you FEEL GOOD.
Based on the NHS's scientifically proven "5 ways to well-being" (Be Active, Connect, Take Notice, Keep Learning, Give), you'll discover a ton of options to be more kind to your body, and mind.
