Festive Fun Run

Join us on the 1st of December for some festive cheer! Grab your jolliest outfit and spread some cheer through the forest on our festive fun run.

You can choose to run 3k or 6k (twice the 3K route). 6K route is for 12 years and over. You can also look out for Santa's reindeer who have got lost on the way in the forest. Will you be able to spot them all? Festive fancy dress is highly encouraged!

All finishers get a festive mug and free hot chocolate at the Ridge Café to warm you up! ☕

Then you can decorate your mug at the decoration station if you are feeling crafty.

Prizes for:
1st 2nd and 3rd place for under 16s for the 3K
1st 2nd and 3rd place for adults on the 3K
1st, 2nd and 3rd place for 12 - 16 years on the 6K
1st, 2nd and 3rd place for over 16s on the 6K
Best individual festive fancy dress
Best group festive fancy dress
Best festive decorated pram

The run is along a fairly flat surfaced track, there is one short but steep accent. Off road pushchairs advised. Children under 12 years need an adult to run round with them. This event is not timed, it's just for fun.

We'll be donating 10% of the profits to charity (charity currently being decided). Why don't you raise some sponsorship and donate too.

Registration from 9:00am in the Ridge Studios (Next to the Ridge Café)
3K race start at 10:00am
6K race starts at 11:00am
